Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Nature of the Service
cryptoalert.report (the “Service”) is an information service only, aggregating publicly available data from the public blockchains Ethereum and TRON (including, but not limited to, stablecoin-contract transactions and multisig-owner events). The Service provides users with technical access to this data in a convenient form and with notifications about events the users themselves choose to track.
The Service is operated by KYT GROUP LIMITED(Business Registration Number: 76814411, Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong).
Using the Service means your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is NOT
You acknowledge and agree that the Service is not and shall not be construed as:
- financial advice or investment recommendation;
- legal advice of any kind;
- an AML / KYC / compliance solution suitable for presentation to a regulator or a financial institution;
- an official confirmation of the status of any address or transaction;
- an offer to buy or sell any digital asset;
- a tool for automated financial decision-making without independent verification.
Any action you take on the basis of Service data is solely your own decision and at your own risk.
3. Data provided “as is”
All data, analytics, forecasts, signals, charts, notifications and any other Service content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty, including, without limitation, warranties of:
- accuracy, completeness, currency or timeliness of data;
- fitness for any particular purpose;
- absence of errors, delays, omissions, false positives or false negatives;
- continuous, uninterrupted operation of the Service;
- compatibility with the requirements of any regulator or jurisdiction.
Data is obtained from third-party RPC providers and may contain errors, delays or omissions due to circumstances beyond the Operator's control (blockchain-network incidents, provider outages, network issues, API limitations, etc.). The Operator does not and cannot verify each individual event.
4. Disclaimer of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation:
- lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill or reputation;
- financial losses arising from transactions, cancelled transactions, blocked funds, frozen assets, missed opportunities;
- damages caused by third parties (including stablecoin issuers, exchanges, regulators, law-enforcement agencies) before, during or after events reflected in the Service;
- reputational, moral or business damages suffered by you or your counterparties;
- any consequences of decisions you take on the basis of Service data or notifications, including misinterpreted, delayed, missed or erroneous signals;
- damages caused by technical failures, Service unavailability, connection loss, notification-delivery delays.
The above limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise), even if the Operator has been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages.
If in any jurisdiction a full disclaimer of liability is not permitted, the Operator's aggregate maximum liability to any individual user for any claims arising out of use of the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by that user for the Service during the last 12 months, but no more than one hundred (100) US dollars. For users of the free plan this amount equals zero.
5. User uses data at own risk
You acknowledge that:
- you use the Service at your own initiative and at your own risk;
- any decision you take on the basis of Service data (for example, a decision to move funds, withdraw from an account, or avoid interacting with an address) must be independently verified and is taken at your sole discretion;
- the Operator does not know and is not required to know how you use Service data, and does not control its subsequent interpretation or redistribution;
- you are solely responsible for your compliance with applicable laws, including financial-markets, AML/KYC, data-protection and tax regulations.
6. Account registration
- Registration is free. Sign-in via magic-link email, Google or GitHub.
- You must provide a valid email and are responsible for safeguarding access to it and to your linked OAuth accounts.
- One user — one account. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
- The Operator may refuse registration or block an account without giving reasons, in particular upon breach of these Terms.
7. Paid plans
The Service is currently fully free. Paid plans and crypto payment processing via an external provider are planned; separate terms, prices, limits and refund rules will be published at launch and incorporated into these Terms by an update.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- bulk-extract, resell or share Service data with third parties without the Operator's written consent;
- circumvent rate-limits, including by using multiple accounts;
- use the Service for any activity violating applicable law, including stalking, defamation or threats against specific persons;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Service systems, its data or data of other users;
- use the Service in a way that may harm its infrastructure or availability to other users.
Violating these rules is grounds for immediate account termination without compensation.
9. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, including its name, logo, design, code, texts, aggregated analytics and derivative content, belong to KYT GROUP LIMITED. Registration does not grant you any intellectual-property rights beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
On-chain data itself is public; copyright in its aggregation, presentation structure and derivative analytics belongs to the Operator.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
The Operator may unilaterally change, suspend or discontinue any Service features at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be amended; the current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. The Operator may block or delete an account for breach of the Terms, suspected fraudulent activity or other reasonable grounds. Upon termination, no refund for the unused period of a paid subscription (if any was active) is payable.
12. Force majeure
The Operator is not liable for inability to perform its obligations caused by force-majeure events, including, without limitation: massive blockchain-network failures, hard forks, RPC provider outages, attacks on network infrastructure, sanctions, regulator decisions, power outages, natural disasters.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
For consumer-users in jurisdictions where mandatory rules grant broader rights, the above choice of law does not deprive them of such rights.
